News Organizations Ask Judge to Preserve White House Access

CNN, MS NOW and Politico asked a federal judge to continue blocking a White House access restriction while their lawsuit proceeds.

Reuters reported that the outlets say they were targeted because of unfavorable coverage and that the policy violates constitutional press protections. The administration disputes that characterization and is defending its authority to manage credentialed access.
