NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte says the alliance does not currently see an imminent Russian attack on NATO territory.
Reuters reported that Rutte nevertheless rejected Russian nuclear threats and said the alliance would continue strengthening defenses and supporting Ukraine. NATO is also monitoring military activity around Kaliningrad and the Baltic region.
